Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we’re happy to alter existing designs to fit your unique style, or to design a completely new item or look for you. If you are interested in talking about a custom order and see what’s possible, contact me through the contact form, or send an email to info@berendbrus.nl.
I saw a look on your social media that’s not in your webshop, can I order it?
(Probably) yes! Sometimes we don’t have the original fabric anymore but we could find something similar. The webshop is new for us, we used to do only made-to-measure, often based on collections. So if you see an old collection item or custom look we did for someone, we could do something similar for you!
How long does it take to make my order?
We strive to ship out webshop orders within a week, if it’ll take longer we’ll let you know. Custom orders take longer, but the timeline is something we discuss during our conversation about your wishes for your custom order. If you are in a rush, please contact us to see if your order may be completed sooner.
How long does shipping take?

Do you do refunds or accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Click here for return information.

What are your payment options?
The webshop facilitates payment via PayPal and creditcard. You can also pay via bank transfer by filling out the order form. We’ll send you an invoice via email and ship your products.
I'm a stylist and want to pull some items for a shoot, how can I make this happen?
Please have a look through our website and choose the items you would like to pull. Send an email to info@berendbrus.nl with more information about the occasion and which items you’d like to pull.
